Production lead time
Lead time depends on the complexity of your project. Timing is discussed and agreed individually.
Confidential drawings
We sign NDAs on request, before you share confidential drawings or technical information. Choose “NDA first” to begin with a non-confidential description.
Customer audits
We welcome customer audits for projects we agree to take forward, across medical and other industries. The scope and arrangements are agreed with you.
What comes with your parts
Invoice, packing list and AWB accompany the shipment. Request any additional documents with your enquiry so we can agree what is needed.

Where the project requires it, make prototype parts and evaluate them against the agreed requirements before moving to production.

Manufacture the agreed quantity, from a one-off custom part to a production series. The project defines the process and schedule.

Inspection and delivery
Complete the agreed checks and prepare the shipment with its invoice, packing list and AWB. Certificates of conformity and measurement reports are available on request.
